White Castle is seeking a Production Lead Operator to support the Operations Supervisor and Plant Manager in bun production. You will lead production activities, supervise operators, and ensure safety and quality throughout the shift.
The role requires knowledge of HACCP/SSOP/GMPs, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shift options include 2nd and 3rd shifts; overtime and weekends possible.
