Production Support Specialist
About the Role Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can make an impact every day? As a Production Support Specialist, you’ll play a key part in preparing, filling, and packaging products that meet high-quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Do
- Follow work instructions and production orders to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Prepare and set up materials, containers, and equipment for production.
- Operate machines and tools to fill, package, and label products.
- Measure, weigh, and inspect items to make sure they meet quality standards.
- Keep accurate production records and complete documentation.
- Help maintain production goals while ensuring safety and quality.
- Participate in team meetings and training to continue building your skills.
- Support inventory and material handling when needed.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Take on other tasks that support the success of the team.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in machine operation, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- A detail-oriented and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in a quality-driven environment (such as GMP) is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Good vision and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment (may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, or noise).
