Cincinnati, OH Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 am – 5 pm Smart Hands Wanted Because Production Work Isn't Just Muscle. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Previous manufacturing or sandblasting experience preferred Experience in metal fabrication or industrial finishing is a plus Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications Forklift or overhead crane experience is beneficial

Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and finish metal parts Inspect components before and after blasting to verify quality standards Load and unload parts into blasting cabinets or work areas Mask or protect designated areas prior to blasting Monitor blast media and equipment performance Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance Use measuring tools and visual inspections to ensure quality Package and stage completed parts for production or shipment Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with additional production or warehouse duties as needed Physical Capabilities Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Stand and move throughout the workday Perform repetitive motions with hands and arms Bend, stoop, reach, and work in a manufacturing environment Wear required PPE while operating equipment Steel-toed boots required
