Major Function:
Responsible to operate converting bag machines in a safe manner and produce quality product with minimal scrap, meet production schedules and keep work area clean. Primary Duties:
Run Equipment you will run a paper bag machine with help of a packer. You will perform any light maintenance that is needed on assigned machine and communicate any major issues to supervisor/lead. Follow Instructions: you will read, understand and follow all work instructions to produce product that meet standards (production, scrap and quality). Ensure Compliance: you will ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements and will maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards.

5:30 PM to 4:00 AM | Monday
- Thursday | 3:30 PM to 12 AM Friday

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; documentation must be provided
- Must meet the ITAR definition of a U.S. person; documentation must be provided
- Ability to deburr parts efficiently with close attention to detail
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to read simple part drawings
- Ability to accurately use and read micrometers and dial calipers
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to position work pieces and inspect completed parts
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality
- Three or more years of detailed deburring experience preferred
