Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Line Operator to join their team. As a Line Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and packaging teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Line Operator

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: 21.00/h

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Feed bottles, materials, and products to the production line
• Monitor product quality and report defects or equipment issues
• Make minor machine and guide rail adjustments as needed
• Package finished products according to quality standards
• Follow production schedules and operating procedures

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED (or working toward completion)
• Minimum 2 years of stable work history with one employer
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
