Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the Cincinnati area, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: 21.00/h

Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday-Friday)

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform machine setup and product changeovers
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and elevate major problems
• Monitor product quality and complete quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
