Assistant Supervisor

Snowfox is seeking a motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant Supervisor to support daily food production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists with supervising production staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, maintaining productivity, and supporting the Production Supervisor with daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with supervising and leading production team members.
• Monitor daily production, attendance, and workflow.
• Ensure food safety, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Train and coach employees on company procedures and safety practices.
• Help maintain production goals, quality standards, and efficiency.
• Complete production reports and communicate operational updates.
• Assist with inventory control and minimizing product waste.
• Support staffing needs and work collaboratively with other departments.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking employees.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a cold production environment.
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed.
