Job Title

Responsible for ensuring all sanitation, equipment and production cleaning, programs and documentation are met per guidelines.

Tasks:

• Check the line's brander stock and supply as needed.
• Clean dirty branders using brander cleaning machine.
• Weigh document and disposition all inedible that is generated in the plant.
• Responsible for general plant housekeeping including but not limited to, squeegeeing floors, wiping condensation, taking out trash, etc.
• Stock paper towel and soap dispensers throughout the plant.
• Refill and replace oil and sanitizer bottles and filling foot foam stations.
• Team member has an individual responsibility to report all possible deficiencies that could compromise food safety.
• Annual GMP and HACCP training will be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature environments for extended periods of time.
• Ability to comprehend and adhere to GMP and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Must have six (6) months of work history with same employer for the past 24 months.

Pay is: $18.45
