Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer focused on continuous improvement, automation, and production excellence.
What You'll Do:- Coordinate new product launches and production line improvements
- Design process fixtures and specify tooling
- Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve safety, ergonomics, quality, and production efficiencies
- Support automation projects and work with outside vendors
- Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with AutoCAD/CAD software
- PLC programming experience
- CNC Machining experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with automated assembly equipment, vision systems, or leak testers
