Parts Inspector

Available shifts: 1st shift & 3rd shift.

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour schedule. 1st shift: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM. 3rd shift: 6:30 PM–7:00 AM. Rotating schedule:
Work 3 days / off 4 days, then work 4 days / off 3 days.

Training schedule:
New hires will complete 5 days of training working 8-hour shifts. After training is completed, employees will transition to their assigned 12-hour rotating schedule.

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Parts Inspectors to perform quality inspections in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for inspecting parts to ensure they meet required quality and customer standards while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety throughout the shift.

Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect parts for defects, damage, and quality concerns
  • Verify parts meet required quality and customer specifications
  • Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
  • Identify and separate defective or non-conforming parts
  • Accurately document inspection results and production information
  • Report quality concerns or recurring defects to the supervisor
  • Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions
  • Maintain required production and quality standards
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or quality inspection experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify defects and quality issues
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work the assigned rotating schedule

Shift & schedule details: 1st shift: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM. 3rd shift: 6:30 PM–7:00 AM. Rotation:
Work 3 days → off 4 days. Work 4 days → off 3 days. Training: 5 days of 8-hour shifts before transitioning to the 12-hour rotating schedule.
