6:30 PM–7:00 AM

Rotating 12-Hour Schedule Work 3 days / Off 4 days

Work 4 days / Off 3 days

We are currently hiring a 3rd Shift Parts Inspection Supervisor to oversee daily inspection operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring parts meet quality standards, employees follow proper inspection procedures, and production goals are met safely and efficiently.

• Supervise and provide direction to parts inspectors throughout the shift
• Assign daily work and ensure proper staffing coverage
• Inspect parts and ensure products meet required quality standards
• Train and coach employees on inspection procedures and work expectations
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and safety
• Ensure inspection procedures and customer specifications are followed
• Identify and report quality issues, defects, or production concerns
• Complete required production, inspection, and shift documentation
• Communicate issues and shift updates to management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assist with resolving employee and production issues as needed

• Previous manufacturing, quality inspection, or production experience
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to identify defects and maintain attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a 12-hour shift
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the rotating schedule
• Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed

3rd Shift: 6:30 PM–7:00 AMThis position follows a rotating 12-hour schedule:
Work 3 days, off 4 days, then work 4 days, off 3 days.
