Production Associate - 2nd Shift

The Job Center is now hiring Production associate in Sharonville OH. This position is for a company handling Gorilla Glue products. Currently hiring full time employees for 2nd shift! No experience required! Compensation of Production Associate:

2nd shift: $17.50 per hour

Paid weekly on Fridays

Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Schedule of Production Associate:

2nd: 4:45pm- 3:15am Monday-Thursday

Overtime offered on Fridays

Responsibilities of Production Associate:

• Package and label Gorilla Glue products according to established procedures.
• Cap and seal small bottles, tubes, containers, and other products as required.
• Perform repetitive hand assembly and packaging tasks at a steady production pace.
• Work efficiently on a production line while maintaining a consistent pace.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects, damage, missing caps, incorrect labels, or other quality issues.
• Assemble boxes, cartons, displays, and other packaging materials as needed.
• Place finished products into boxes or containers and prepare them for shipment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Meet daily production goals and maintain consistent productivity.
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent use of hands and fingers.
• Assist with other general production duties as assigned.

Requirements of Production Associate:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
• Must maintain good attendance and follow safety procedures
