Location: Cincinnati, OH

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Looking for Cutter Machine Operator jobs in Cincinnati where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous experience operating commercial paper cutters, bindery equipment, printing equipment, or similar machinery preferred
• Experience operating production machinery is accepted
• Must be proficient in reading a tape measure
• Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals

• Operate guillotine and die-cutting equipment safely and accurately
• Cut printed paper and plastic materials to specification within tight tolerances
• Support production in both the Offset Print and Large Format departments
• Perform routine operator-level maintenance on equipment
• Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy
• Maintain productivity standards and production schedules
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
