Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role leads production teams, drives adherence to operational standards, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The position plays a key role in optimizing productivity, maintaining compliance, and ensuring alignment with operational and quality objectives.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives.
- Oversee production schedules and daily operations to optimize resource utilization, product yields, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and comply with company policies, plant procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate employee training, qualification activities, and continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing programs.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, conduct routine safety and housekeeping inspections, and implement actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, quality systems, OSHA and EPA requirements, and ERP systems.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to utilize operational systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience leading Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing production schedules and monitoring operational performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop employees and improve operational efficiency through process improvements.
