Responsibilities
- Performs machine mechanical maintenance, including machine troubleshooting, repair, lubrication, change overs, set-up, adjustements to the machine, ink changes, paper changes and inserts window film, die and plate into machine.
- Troubleshoots operating difficulties including analyzing machine operations, inspection of product, making necessary mechanical adjustments and repairs to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions.
- Operate machine efficiently and obtain supplies such as paper, window film, ink and adhesive.
- Examine job orders, reads and interprets specifications and reviews sample and shipping instructions.
