Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 / hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

At Pride Staff, we connect hard-working people with great companies. We are currently partnering with a premier local manufacturer in Cincinnati looking for a reliable Manual Hydraulic Press Operator to join a steady, supportive production team.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll manually operate hydraulic press equipment to cut and form custom parts, while managing finished products coming off the line.
Press Operation:
Safely set up, adjust, and operate manual hydraulic press machinery to cycle material through cutting, stamping, and forming operations.
Catch & Retrieve:
Carefully offload and retrieve finished cut parts directly from the press output and conveyor/sander belts without interrupting production flow.
Inspect & Measure:
Use precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and scales to check finished dimensions against job routers and ensure top-notch quality.
Pack & Stage:
Quality-check, stack, bundle, and package finished parts according to customer packaging guidelines and shipping specs.
Maintain Workstation:
Perform basic routine maintenance, die/tooling changes, and keep your hydraulic press and packaging area clean and organized.
What You Bring:
1+ years of experience operating manual hydraulic or mechanical presses.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent real-world experience.
Solid mechanical mindset and comfortable reading job routers or specification sheets.
Strong attention to detail and standard math skills.
Ability to stand, bend, repeat manual offloading movements, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
