Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and/or packaging operations for pharmaceutical products, including equipment set-up, operation, clean-up, and maintenance in compliance with cGMP and company policies/procedures.
• Learn assigned manufacturing/packaging processes by following approved batch records (BR), work instructions (WI), and SOPs.
• Set up, changeover, program, and operate manufacturing/packaging equipment.
• Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils per SOPs and WIs.
• Complete required documentation for manufacturing/packaging.
• Complete training requirements and maintain 100% compliance.
• Maintain safe, efficient work areas and perform duties per policies, cGMPs, SOPs, and batch record instructions.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer prior experience in a manufacturing environment in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing.

• Receive instruction and follow directions.
• Communicate effectively (written and oral) and interact positively with coworkers/management.
• Follow company policies/procedures and cGMP/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain 100% compliance with SOP, cGMP, EHS, and assigned training.
• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.

• Routine to semi-routine assignments; recognize deviations from accepted practice.
• Use judgment within defined practices/policies to select solution methods.

• Standing/walking extended periods; frequent stooping/kneeling/crouching and twisting/reaching; occasional sitting, climbing, pushing/pulling, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 25–50+ lbs (with assistance).
