This position is responsible for performing operations related to the manufacturing and/or packaging of pharmaceutical products through equipment set-up, operation, clean-up and maintenance in compliance with regulatory cGMP requirements and company policies/procedures.

• Learn manufacturing/packaging process by following approved batch records, work instructions, SOPs, etc.
• Set up, changeover, program and operate manufacturing/packaging equipment.
• Clean facilities, equipment and utensils per SOPs and work instructions.
• Complete all required manufacturing/packaging documentation.
• Complete training requirements and maintain 100% compliance.
• Maintain work areas and perform duties safely and efficiently in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and batch record instructions.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Prefer prior pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to receive instruction and follow directions.
• Ability to interact positively with coworkers/management; communicate effectively (written/oral).
• Follow company policies/procedures and cGMP/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain 100% compliance with SOP, cGMP, EHS and training.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.

• Routine to semi-routine work; recognize deviations; use judgment within defined practices/policies.
• May recommend methods/procedures for problem resolution.
