Operator - M

Responsibilities:

• Learn manufacturing/packaging process by following approved batch records, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Set up, perform changeovers, program, and operate manufacturing/packaging equipment.
• Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils per SOPs/WIs.
• Complete manufacturing/packaging documentation.
• Complete all training and maintain 100% compliance.
• Maintain safe/efficient work areas and follow company policies, cGMP, SOPs, and batch record instructions.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer previous pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging experience (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing).

• Follow directions/instructions; receive instruction.
• Communicate effectively (written/oral); interact positively with coworkers/management.
• Follow company policies and regulatory/cGMP requirements.
• Maintain 100% compliance with SOP, cGMP, EHS, and assigned training.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.

• Recognize deviations from accepted practice; use judgment within defined practices/policies.
• May recommend methods/procedures for problem resolution.
