Machine Operator Cincinnati, Ohio Full-Time, Contract to Hire $16 per hour to start – 1st shift $17 per hour to start – 2nd shift Advancement potential once hired on up to approximately $26 per hour A well-established company in Cincinnati, OH is hiring Machine Operators for first and second shift. First shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Second shift: 3:30 p.m.–midnight, with a $1 shift premium

Responsibilities include:

Operating production machinery Loading and unloading materials Inspecting finished parts Using tape measures and basic measuring tools Making machine adjustments Learning setups and tooling changes Following safety and quality procedures We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable and mechanically inclined Comfortable with physical work Willing to learn and grow Comfortable using tools and basic measurements Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Candidates from automotive, warehouse, construction, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and other hands-on backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
