Ability to run multiple machines and meet daily production specs
Understanding of machining processes and part drawings
Proficiency with micrometers, dial calipers, and basic math
Must meet ITAR definition of US Person(s)?? Responsibilities Operate EDM machines and perform part loading/unloading
Conduct part inspections and maintain inspection gauges
Perform minor machine maintenance and preventive care Maintain accurate logs, travelers, and non-conformance forms
Set up and switch jobs as needed
Track materials, scrap, and corrective actions
Maintain clean, organized work areas using 5S principles
Adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards
Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned? Requirements Demonstrated machining ability
Experience with conventional machining (milling, drilling, turning) preferred
Familiarity with EDM machines, grinders, and inspection tools
Basic computer skills and ability to document work clearly
