Graeter’s, a fourth-generation family-owned ice cream producer in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Process Technician to initiate the ice cream manufacturing process and keep production moving smoothly through a 10-hour shift.
You will handle blending and pasteurizing custard and flavor bases, manage hold tanks, and ensure adequate product for freezing, while using a CIP system to clean equipment and piping to maintain quality.
