We’re recruiting an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensure quality and on‑time delivery, and keep labor and material costs on budget. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and keeping production running efficiently.

As the Production Manager, you’ll focus on the following:- Lead production activities, schedules, personnel, and develop weekly production plans
- Monitor labor, materials, maintenance, and production costs
- Work closely with Sales and Engineering to coordinate production and shipping schedules
- Lead, coach, and evaluate production employees and participate in hiring.
- Ensure work instructions, engineering practices, safety & quality standards are followed.
- Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement as you drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Quality to ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and support equipment reliability.
- Use MRP systems to support production scheduling and material requirements.
- Support production budgets, purchasing, and resource planning.
- At least 3 years of machinery and equipment, with proven leadership experience in HVAC/Fan manufacturing.
- Ability to lead and motivate employees in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint‑reading skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Experience with MRP systems and MS Office.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills.
