Allegion is seeking an Operational Excellence Lean Specialist in Blue Ash, Ohio to lead lean transformation across the value stream. You will gather KPI data, map processes, and drive rapid improvement events, coaching teams to sustain standard work and visual management.
You will partner with site leaders to push lean culture, optimize flow, and implement tactical changes that improve safety, quality, delivery and margins. A BS in a related field and 4+ years of lean experience are expected.
