Typical schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Fridays may be scheduled as overtime based on production needs. Pay Rate: $18/HR
This full-time position plays a critical role in the production of high-quality foundation repair products used throughout the United States and Canada. Employees will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating machinery, handling materials, and supporting production operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Produce steel components according to production specifications
- Follow established work instructions and safety procedures
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform material handling and general labor duties assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in cross-training opportunities across multiple production areas
- Support production goals and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
This position offers 40+ hours per week, with a typical schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Fridays may be scheduled as overtime based on production needs, providing employees with the opportunity to earn additional income while still enjoying most weekends off!
