Looking for Die Cutter Operator jobs in Cincinnati where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment.
Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Minimum of 1 year of die-cutting experience
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Set up and operate die-cutting equipment, including flatbed and rotary presses
- Install and align cutting dies, plates, and stripping tools according to work orders
- Load raw materials and monitor production to ensure efficiency and quality
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, dimensions, and defects
- Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and minor adjustments
- Complete production records, quality checks, and output documentation
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Die Cutter Operator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
