Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fabricator to join a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with manufacturing plans, hand and pneumatic tools, precision measuring equipment, and assembly processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, quality awareness, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and follow manufacturing plans, drawings, and work instructions.
- Assemble hardware and components according to specified plans and requirements.
- Obtain the correct materials for each job and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Perform visual inspections of hardware and finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Vacuum bag parts according to established manufacturing procedures.
- Prepare completed parts and assemblies for shipping.
- Clean and maintain molds, tools, and work areas according to required procedures.
- Safely operate pneumatic tools, including hand grinders, pencil grinders, DA sanders, and drills.
- Use inspection and measuring equipment such as dial calipers, thickness gauges, micrometers, and scales.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Cross-train on additional manufacturing processes and responsibilities as needed.
- Work overtime when required to support business and production needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow manufacturing plans and work instructions.
- Comfortable using hand and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to operate basic precision measuring and inspection equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to cross-train and perform various manufacturing duties.
- Willingness to work overtime as business needs require.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
