Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Associate - Kemper to join their Cincinnati team. This position is in the Production department and reports to the Shift Supervisor
. In this role, you will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands‑on work and being part of a strong team, this could be a solid opportunity.
Starting pay: $18-$20/hour.
- Competitive starting pay ($18-$20/hour)
- 1st shift schedule: 6:00AM - 4:00PM / 8:00AM - 6:00PM, Monday-Thursday, Fridays as needed

About the Role
As a Production Associate
, you will help keep production running smoothly by packaging products, supporting the production line, and maintaining quality and safety standards. In this role, you will:
- Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
- Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
- Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Support equipment checks and report any issues.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
- Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
What You Bring
We are looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable Production Associate working in a fast‑paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Food production experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
- Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)
