Ditsch USA is hiring a Production Line Lead for our Cincinnati, OH facility on 1st shift (6:00 AM–4:00 PM, Mon–Thu, weekends as needed). You will lead, coach, and support production staff to keep lines moving safely, meeting quality standards and production goals.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, with prior leadership experience preferred.
