Machine Operator

Pro Ampac is seeking a Machine Operator to support our flexible packaging production in our Cincinnati manufacturing facility. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor converting or printing equipment to produce high-quality films, pouches, and bags. Responsibilities include loading materials, performing routine quality checks, making basic mechanical adjustments, and accurately recording production data. You will follow strict safety and cleanliness standards while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging production machines per specifications
• Perform routine quality checks and adjust machine settings to meet standards
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate complex problems
• Complete production logs and report output, downtime, and defects
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Assist with changeovers, material loading, and basic machine maintenance
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
