1st Shift Forklift Drivers

Join Allegion Steelcraft! In this role, you'll assist with material handling for our manufacturing and service departments. This position requires reliable, safety-focused teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting into the Frames or Doors Value Stream, forklift drivers move finished product and incoming materials throughout the facility. Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM. Rate: $24.02 per hour.

• Move product into the facility, move manufactured product out of the facility, deliver purchased material and small parts to production areas.

• Visual acuity with strong depth perception and color discrimination.
• Ability to stand continuously or near continuously and maintain balance.
• Capability to lift, carry 25‑50 pounds, stoop, twist, reach overhead or to the side for at least four hours per day.
• Ability to walk, push & pull heavy carts occasionally.
• Climbing, kneeling, and crouching may also be required.
