Production Quality Technician - Food Manufacturing with Ditsch USA at the Kemper Location in Cincinnati, OH

Ditsch USA is looking for Quality Control Technicians to join our team at the Kemper location in Cincinnati, OH. Openings are available on 1st shift and 2nd shift
. This is a great opportunity for someone with food manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, food production, inspection, or quality experience who enjoys staying active, following processes, and helping ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.

$22 - $24/hour

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed

• Pay range of $22 - $24/hour

You'll spend your time on the production floor helping ensure Ditsch USA products meet quality, safety, packaging, and customer standards.

• Inspect products throughout the production process
• Check product weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging, and labels
• Complete quality checks and record results
• Verify products meet company and customer requirements
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the production team
• Review production paperwork for accuracy
• Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility
• Work closely with production employees to help maintain product consistency

• Has strong attention to detail
• Takes pride in producing quality work
• Can follow procedures and complete documentation accurately
• Enjoys being active and working on the production floor
• Has a reliable attendance record
• Communicates well with coworkers and supervisors
• Notices problems and speaks up when something doesn't look right

You may be a fit if you've worked as a Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Machine Operator, Packaging Associate, Food Production Worker, Warehouse Associate, Assembly Technician, Quality Inspector, Production Technician, or Material Handler.

Previous quality experience is helpful but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
