Production Packer | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available | Full-Time
The Packer is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by accurately sorting, counting, assembling, packaging, and inspecting materials according to customer specifications and work instructions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are completed accurately, packaged safely, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We have 1 st and 2 nd Shifts available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Packaging & Shipment Preparation
- Kitting & Assembly of Materials
- Work Order & Job Ticket Review
- Quality Inspection & Documentation
- Operation of Packaging Equipment
- Inventory & Supply Support
- Cross Department Coordination
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, job tickets, and written instructions.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required up to 50 pounds.
Preferred
- Previous packing, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
- Experience using shrink-wrap equipment, tape machines, or other packaging equipment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
