The Digital Press Operator
is responsible for producing high-quality signs, decals, banners, graphics, and other printed materials using large-format digital printing equipment. This role operates and maintains digital presses, performs quality inspections, completes production documentation, and ensures jobs move efficiently through the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to build a long-term career in digital print production.

Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, printing, machine operation, or a related environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn digital printing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality plus basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment with multiple projects and production deadlines.
- Ability to safely lift, load, and unload materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Experience operating digital presses or large-format print equipment.
- Experience in printing, graphics, sign manufacturing, or related industry.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and production documentation.
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with Inca, EFI Vutek, or similar digital printing equipment.
