What We Are Looking ForAs the Discoverability Supervisor, Organic Search, you will help deliver cutting‑edge, high‑quality SEO, commerce and AI‑Search work that is customized to specific goals. Working with two clients, the focus will be to enhance website and commerce retailer optimization and performance. The ability to manage multiple work streams according to various business units in the complex businesses will be critical to the success of this role.
This includes performing AI‑search and organic search analysis, discovery, execution and performance reporting of discoverability strategy and deliverables to ensure VML delivers a holistic, inclusive approach for all client needs.
What You’ll Do- Expert‑level understanding and application of technical, on‑page, off‑page, mobile, local, international and e‑commerce SEO skills.
- Common deliverables include AI‑search audits, SEO audits, keyword research, competitive analyses, mobile optimization, conversion (lead generation) optimization, technical SEO consultation, on‑page optimization, content development workflow support, off‑page asset optimization, AI‑search optimization, analysis and reporting.
- Think beyond tactical SEO execution to deliver high‑level strategic recommendations for custom‑tailored, best‑in‑class Discoverability for each client.
- Develop and consult on AI‑search and search engine optimization efforts that provide tangible results for clients based on previously defined goals.
- Stay current on the latest AI tools, SEO tools, reporting capabilities, and influencers to help keep VML at the forefront of the industry. Proactively keep clients and internal VML teams informed on current SEO trends and changes.
- Lead Discoverability projects of all sizes and take an active role in growing the organic search business for each client.
- Successful collaboration with Paid Search and Performance Content team members to support Discoverability initiatives and maximize overall impact for clients.
- Have a solid understanding of how Connections activities integrate with organic search, including paid search, social media, mobile marketing, PR, and analytics. Be prepared to collaborate and leverage these disciplines to benefit clients.
- Excellent presentation skills, including presentation building, storytelling and delivery
