* About the Role:

**** Ferrero’s best in class Shopper Activation team are looking for a driven Shopper Activation Executive to help us deliver our amazing in store activations. You will have responsibility over the Tic Tac brand and assist operationally with other Ferrero brands. This will include developing point of sale (POS) plans, shopper marketing campaigns, and working with suppliers and agencies to bring campaigns to life.

This role is ideal if you are looking to start your career in the Trade Marketing or Activation space.

* Main Responsibilities:

**** You will develop and deliver best in class POS plans and drive the process from briefing to delivery of impactful displays for Tic Tac. This includes leading business development opportunities, conducting field visits to assess competitor displays and monitor our impact in stores. This will require clear cross functional communication between Sales, Marketing, Category, and Retail Capability teams on activation elements, as well as working with regional and global head office for feedback and approval.

You will develop effective shopper marketing plans, including in store and online assets, for key retailers such as Coles and Woolworths. For each activation, you will need to evaluate the performance and any insights of key learnings will be added into the planning cycles for continuous improvement. With your strong interpersonal skills, you will liaise with suppliers on sourcing, timelines, POS requirements, and supplier reviews to ensure that activations are effective and on schedule.

You will need to build strong working relationships with suppliers. You will be responsible for the management of the Tic Tac budget for POS. As well as managing Tic Tac, you will help the wider team with a range of tasks, including packaging code management, updating POS catalogues, pre-pack management, trade advertising and expo management, and others.
