Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team on-site in the Greater Owensboro Area. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content tailored to target audiences, and monitoring online interactions to ensure a strong online presence. Key responsibilities include content creation and scheduling, analytics tracking, community engagement, and collaborating with the marketing team to build cohesive campaigns.

The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to enhance audience reach and brand awareness.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter) and experience in content creation and scheduling
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics tools, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage audiences effectively
  • Creative thinking and experience in crafting engaging visuals, captions, and campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing, branding, or content marketing is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and meet deadlines consistently
