KW Flooring and our family of brands is the largest independent floor covering provider in the tri-state region and a top 25 dealer nationwide. With 70+ years of experience in retail and commercial flooring, we combine expertise, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service.

Join our team as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience helping promote KW Flooring and our affiliate brands. You’ll work on real campaigns, assist with digital and in-person marketing efforts, and learn the full marketing process from strategy to execution.

• Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels
• Assist with content creation, including graphics, copy, and promotional materials
• Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate on events, promotions, and community engagement
• Learn the marketing process from strategy development to execution and analysis
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement

• Current student (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Experience with Canva, Lightroom, and other design platforms is helpful but not required
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn

• Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns
• Exposure to both digital and in-person marketing strategies
• Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals
