Mona Dermatology Marketing interns will be exposed to all aspects of our marketing department, including:

• Marketing Data & Analytics

This position requires close interaction with the Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Coordinator on multi‑channel marketing to ensure that our social media, website, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. The intern will also assist with seasonal patient events and other special projects as needed. In addition to receiving a broad overview of marketing, all interns will complete an intern project in two focus areas of their choice, developing real marketing plans and executing them.

Examples of prior interns’ work include a redesign of Instagram story highlights to improve user experience, a comprehensive SEO and blogging strategy, creative in‑house displays for the lobby, entertaining reels for social media, and a monthly email newsletter series educating patients on products and skin‑care tips.

Applicants should demonstrate enthusiasm for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn across multiple areas. Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, design, or related fields is preferred.
