ABOUT YOU

ARCO National Construction is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team onsite in our St. Louis office. This role requires a creative approach to problem-solving and proactive drive to make an impact. A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Provide administrative support to marketing department
  • Organize and create capabilities packages, proposals, and presentations for construction projects
  • Maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, job photography, etc.
  • Order corporate apparel, promotional items, and client gifts
  • Provide administrative support for company website
  • Conduct market research
  • Coordinate trade shows
  • Plan and coordinate client trips, holiday/client gifts, and special events
  • Maintain contact databases
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related with a GPA of 3.5+
  • Up to 3 years of related experience

    Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills andbe able to communicate effectively with all levels of associates within the organization
