Siemens Industry Software Inc. invites students to join our Fall 2026 Strategic Student Program. This role supports the launch and growth of industry‑recognized microcredentials, bridging academic learning and industry readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Create compelling marketing content for microcredentials, including case studies, blog posts, webinars, and customer testimonials.
- Support customer pilot programs by coordinating outreach to academic partners and enterprise clients, gathering feedback, and documenting success stories that demonstrate program impact.
- Analyze engagement and program data to measure pilot success, track adoption metrics, and provide actionable insights to inform go‑to‑market strategy and product improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to visualize key performance indicators, engagement trends, and pilot program outcomes for stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, marketing, and product—to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and customer success strategies.
- Research competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and inform pricing and positioning strategies for microcredential offerings.
- Support event execution and promotion, including webinars, conferences, and design challenges that showcase microcredentials and engage target audiences.
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (junior or senior preferred) in Business, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and willingness to learn new tools quickly (Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.

Hourly range: $18.00 to $50.00, commensurate with experience and location. Eligible for paid sick leave and paid volunteer time off. Eligible to contribute to Siemens 401(k) program.
