Communications Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team and help shape the voice and image of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies that effectively promote our brand, engage our target audiences, and support our business goals.

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create engaging content for press releases, newsletters, social media, websites, and other communication channels.
• Manage media relations including writing press materials and coordinating with journalists and media outlets.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication campaign effectiveness to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Experience in media relations and managing press inquiries effectively.
