Position: Sr. Marketing Manager, Wealth (Cincinnati-Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Leadership to research and understand opportunities for improved achievement of bank goals and strategies.
  • Develop key marketing strategies to achieve critical bank goals.
  • Understand and work closely with line of business leadership and sales teams to design effective initiatives.
  • Guide creative development both internal and external; oversee primary direction to creative agencies and partners.
  • Apply strong project management skills to self‑motivate and see projects through from start to finish across multiple priorities.
  • Oversee external mass media execution with agency partners and relevant marketing leadership.
  • Lead projects and campaigns throughout the lifecycle—from initial planning, through execution, to analysis.
  • Lead collaborative efforts between internal resources, cross‑departmental peers, and external partners.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Managers to ensure digital creative execution is effective and aligned with overall marketing efforts.
  • Provide analysis of marketing efforts and support lead management through research, segmentation, and brand strategy aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8–10 years hands‑on experience in leading marketing creative, campaigns, and strategic marketing plans to achieve key organizational goals.
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning capabilities and proven track record of delivering best practices to drive efficiency.
  • Adaptable to changing business demands; able to work through ambiguity and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships and partnerships.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Experience managing external marketing vendor partnerships and marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with media planning, placement, analysis, and creative development in support of marketing goals.
  • Strong creative and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a managed industry such as insurance, finance, or wealth management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in Marketing or related field.
  • Preferred: MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Analytics, or lead platforms.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience with a managed industry:
    Wealth Management, Finance, Insurance, Banking, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM, Adobe Analytics, and/or lead platforms.
Complexity and Scope

Moderately complex decisions on a regular basis in a fast‑paced environment with changing demands and priorities. Works with limited supervision while following established guidelines with the ability to deviate as deemed appropriate.

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently sits; occasionally stands and walks.
  • Ability to navigate a typical office environment.
  • Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs.
Compliance Statement

The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed by First Financial Bank, including State and Federal law and regulation, and all related policies and procedures (Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, OFAC, Suspicious Activity reporting, and other lending and deposit compliance requirements).

Pay Scale

$94,000 – $112,000 annually.
