Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Strategist with a proven track record of creating engaging videos and visual content for social media and executing successful campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Tik Tok, You Tube, and Reddit. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working on campaigns across these platforms and demonstrate a strong understanding of their algorithms and audience targeting strategies.
This role requires deep insights into content creation, audience engagement strategies, and best practices for each channel. The Social Media Strategist will also possess strong experience linking social media activities to e‑commerce initiatives and onsite engagement, ensuring seamless integration between social content and business transactions. A key responsibility is to align social media efforts with defined business objectives and strategies, demonstrating measurable impact on brand growth and revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, including direct experience with social platforms like Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Reddit.
- Proven ability to link social media campaigns to e‑commerce platforms and onsite activities, driving conversions and user engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social and e‑commerce data, making informed, data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling tailored to diverse platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and e‑commerce tracking technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and cross‑functional teams simultaneously.
- Passion for social media trends, pop culture, digital marketing, and evolving platform algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to connect social media strategy to broader business goals and strategies.
- Experience working directly within or in partnership with major social platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Reddit).
- Experience with video editing and content creation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and its influence on social media performance and site traffic.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Starting Pay/Salary Range: $110,000 – $165,300. Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
