We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our global Product Marketing team to shape the future of global commerce through our flagship Point of Sale (POS) brand, Genius.
Responsibilities- Product positioning & messaging:
Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in deep customer, competitor, and market insights. Communicate product value effectively to targeted audiences. - Go-to-market strategy:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go‑to‑market plans to drive product adoption, awareness, and engagement. - Sales enablement:
Create and deliver impactful sales enablement materials—including collateral, demos, and tools to support the buyer journey and empower inside and channel sales teams. - Marketing campaigns:
Partner with revenue and partner marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that attract new customers and drive growth. - Voice of the customer:
Act as the internal advocate for customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies that influence product and marketing decisions. - Cross‑functional collaboration:
Work closely with product, commercialization, sales enablement, and marketing teams to execute product marketing strategies and ensure alignment across the business.
- Strong expertise in product marketing within a B2B environment, with a proven ability to launch and scale products successfully.
- Deep understanding of markets, customers, competition, and industry trends, particularly within payments, POS, or Fin Tech.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions and customer‑centric messaging.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross‑functional teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution and deliver measurable impact.

Salary$130,000 - $140,000 base salary, based on location, experience and job‑related factors.
