We are looking for creative, innovative, entrepreneurial professionals to join us as a Tik Tok Fall Intern for the Bioré brand.
What you will do- Lead and support Bioré’s social initiatives, including concepting ideas, filming, and editing.
- Obtain required internal approvals on posts prior to posting.
- Provide weekly/on-going reporting to marketing teams on social post performance (Bioré and competitors) and trendspotting.
- Work with local marketers to establish a clear content calendar, defining content pillars, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Attend 1–2 days in office per week if local to Cincinnati, depending on schedule.
- Bring equipment and create content in a flexible, on‑site environment.
- Develop innovative, engaging ideas for Tik Tok videos that sell and entertain.
- Shoot and edit content.
- A creative thinker with a deep understanding of Meta platforms and the Tik Tok ecosystem, capable of developing and executing relevant, timely content.
- Unique, clever, and bold creators who can produce scroll‑stopping social content.
- Experience with editing software:
Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing tools. - Design background and capabilities are a plus.
- Proven experience creating viral content or a strong ability to do so.
- Established personal Tik Tok account; ability to share portfolio.
- Prior experience managing or running a brand Tik Tok or social media account.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and a strong leader with interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree; all majors considered.
- Available 20 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester, ideally starting mid‑to‑end July and running through December/January.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Experience on Tik Tok: knowledge of creative editing, music library, trendspotting; comfortable appearing as the “Bioré intern” when necessary.
- Portfolio of Tik Tok posts to demonstrate talent (for hiring purposes only).
- Prior internship experience in digital, social, design, or marketing/sales is preferred.

An hourly rate ranges from $17 to $20 per hour.
