Cincinnati. Co‑Ho (Content House) is P&G’s internal advertising agency inside the Beauty division. We are seeking an Associate Creative Director (Art or Copy) with strong conceptual skills to create effective, award‑winning short‑form advertising for some of the world’s most loved brands.
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Work with the latest artificial‑intelligence tools, using prompting skills to pioneer new ideas and production methods.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion and the highest quality standards.
- Provide strategic and creative direction for all projects, reviewing and approving campaign work to align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, present concepts, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Allocate resources efficiently, manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and resolve workflow issues.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction or copywriting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at the Associate Creative Director level in an agency.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals—player‑coach experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of advertising fundamentals—including positioning, target audience psychology, buyer’s journey, and conversion‑focused messaging.
- Channel expertise and platform‑specific knowledge across digital and traditional media, with SEO and accessibility awareness.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem‑solving, capable of developing big ideas that work across campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with art directors and contributing to concept development.
- Salary range: $110,000 – $165,300 per year, with potential bonus and benefits.
