Paid Social & eCRM Specialist - Cincinnati, OH

Watson's is hiring a Paid Social & eCRM Specialist to join our Marketing division and support all Corporate, Franchise and Franchise affiliates.

Job Summary:

The Social Media and Marketing Communications Specialist at Watson's will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management and growth of paid social media as well as SMS/email communication for Watson's and affiliates. Fueled by an understanding and ability to execute paid media campaigns across a variety of channels, this role will work to maximize brand visibility leading to quality web traffic in order to drive consumer engagement and revenue growth.

Ultimately, the role helps to build and shape a dynamic digital environment by leveraging your ability to drive engagement through creative messaging and brand consistency. This role indirectly supports all aspects of the Sales, Marketing and Buying divisions, on Corporation‑wide (including Franchise & Franchise Affiliates) level.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms at market and national levels.
  • Work with leadership to build and deploy email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign optimization and A/B testing.
  • Leverage consumer insights to optimize campaign delivery.
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency across markets, feeds, delivery channels.
  • Management of boosted posts.
  • Build effective shopping campaigns and manage associated feeds.
  • Research new delivery strategies to maximize brand exposure and performance.
  • Manage the paid social, email, SMS budgets with a focus on ROAS, pacing, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to maintain visibility into potential share of voice shifts and new areas of opportunity.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to marketing stakeholders.
  • Partner with Graphic Designer for asset creation

Performance KPIs:

  • Increase website engagement of users entering the site from managed media channels
  • Increase store visit conversion from managed media channels
  • Written sales (retail stores & eCommerce) increases in promoted categories or products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience:

    2-3 years social media management and media buying
  • Facebook Ads Manager experience required; additional social media ad platforms preferred (e.g. Pinterest, Nextdoor, Houzz, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Experience using Hub Spot, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Google Data Studio experience preferred
  • Proficient with Excel
