Director, Strategic Initiatives & Marketing Operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the President and the OC members in setting agendas and planning the cadence of key operational and governance forums.
  • Build governance and operational capabilities to enable the flow-through of global strategy to execution.
  • Drive adoption of high‑performing team principles within the OC and PLT.
  • Operationalize and drive accountability for a performance management framework, including metrics and scorecards.
  • Lead design and creation of business update review content (e.g., WW Chair updates, business unit/region/key markets reviews).
  • Implement decision‑making and resource prioritization approaches leveraging data and analytics.
  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives, including timelines, budget, project management, and interdependencies.
  • Partner with Communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging across Town Halls and senior executive forums.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience required.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market required; experience in surgery‑based medical device businesses strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management capability;
    Project/Program Management Certification preferred.
  • Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to flex between big picture and detail; ability to prioritize and lead multiple, sometimes ambiguous scenarios.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills; previous experience developing KPIs and dashboards preferred.
  • Up to 25% international travel may be required.

Pay Transparency

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $ - $. Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
