Description

The graphic designer is responsible for creating and delivering compelling print and digital design solutions. The candidate should be self-motivated and organized and enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.
What Will You Do:
- Support full-time Pursuit Marketing and Strategic Marketing Managers with marketing and sales-related projects that align with Messer's branding, business development goals, and pursuit strategies.
- Supports the site-wide refresh of and by populating content, updating project information, coordinating content edits, and ensuring online marketing materials remain accurate and current.
- Develop, update, and organize collateral for use in proposals, presentations, qualifications, packages, and other sales materials.
- Research and support the development of thought leadership articles, industry insights, and other written content.
- Organize, tag, and maintain digital assets, including project photography, logos, graphics, templates, and marketing files, to improve access, consistency, and efficiency.
- Support multiple marketing and sales initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
- Take direction and feedback from multiple team members while maintaining a collaborative, organized, and adaptable approach.
What You Will Bring:
- A strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, with a demonstrated eagerness to learn, take initiative, and consistently show up prepared, engaged, and ready to contribute.
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience or coursework in a B2B setting and/or professional services environment is a plus.
- Co-op or internship experience in a marketing role is a plus.
- Experience with the following software and platforms is a plus:
- Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Word Press or another content management system. Video editing software, such as Premiere Pro or Canva. HTML and CSS. Email marketing platforms, such as Campaign Monitor.
